JoPo Grips LLC Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times
All orders placed on our website are subject to order verification, quality checks, and packaging. We aim to process orders within 1-7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate our customers' needs, including but not limited to:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery is estimated between 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Delivery is estimated between 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- APO/FPO Shipping: We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times vary based on the destination and military mail processing.
- International Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated between 10-14 business days, though customs processing times may extend this duration.
- International Expedited Shipping: Delivery is estimated between 5-7 business days, depending on the destination country.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight of the order, and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be applied automatically during checkout.
International Shipping and Customs
We proudly ship to select international locations. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Important: If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and a restocking fee of 15% of the order value may apply.
Order Tracking and Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at jpenxa2@jopogrips.com.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed, please reach out to us for assistance. We will help you contact the carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us to initiate an investigation. We may require up to 15 additional business days to complete the investigation with the carrier. Please note that JoPo Grips LLC is not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or other secure locations. If it is still missing, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. JoPo Grips LLC is not responsible for stolen packages but will assist you in the claims process where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at jpenxa2@jopogrips.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed. JoPo Grips LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages and Return to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will notify you and provide options for reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. If you choose to cancel the order, a restocking fee of 15% of the order value may apply, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipment to certain regions based on shipping carrier restrictions or import laws. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
